Dr. PVS, a success story that has been in the writing for decades
Dr. Pamulapati Venkata Seshaiah success story as an entrepreneur has been in the writing for decades – since his childhood to be precise, since the day he lost his father Late Sri. P Venkataiah at a tender age of just 4 years. Seeing that his mother Late Smt. P. Narasamma worked hard to bring him up and also took extremely good care of his childhood and education, it was as a young child that the seeds to bring a difference in the lives around him were sown in Dr.PVS. And then he never looked back again.
However, before making it this far, he worked incredibly hard to get to where he is now. So much so that he started toiling away each day of his teenage years, while educating himself at the same time, to support his family. His first stint began with assisting his uncle in his business at Amlapuram. After completing his B.V. Sc. & A.H from the College of Veterinary Science, Tirupati, he joined in Srinivasa Hatcheries Limited, Vijayawada in 1988 and worked till February 1990. Later he worked for M/s. Deejay Enterprises, Bangalore till 1993.
After his last stint as Asst. Veterinary Surgeon, just for 3 months in the year 1993, he left the government service to achieve success in business and to lead by exemplary action. Therefore, he ventured on his own as a poultry vaccine distributor of “INDOVAX” in 1993. A year later, in 1994, he put his blood, sweat and tears into “ANU LABS”, a first of its kind initiative in India to help the local farmers in terms of soil testing and water testing from their ponds.
Through hard work, long hours, total devotion to his field and by creating the most needed products by applying sound technical knowledge, high level of energy and enthusiasm, Dr.PVS persisted in delivering innovation at every level. He achieved success after success to emerge as a top-notch industrialist in this part of the world by creating several animal feed and treatment companies.
On the individual front, what on the surface looks like a fairly successful personality but deed down Dr.PVS is a humble humanitarian, whose love extends to caring for animals as well. In addition, he always applies thought before taking a leap, is keenly observant about market needs, and is passionate about bringing his vision to reality through clear-cut approach that includes out-and-out perseverance.
A true torchbearer, he leads his team by example and treats them as his own family members, which is reciprocated by the employees as they acknowledge him as their leader.
